• Clients must provide reasonably safe and timely access to the property for our crews to complete the work.

• Our standard office hours are shown on our website and may be used for scheduling communications.

6. Permits and approvals

Where permits or municipal approvals are required, the contract will specify who is responsible for obtaining those permits. Lodde Roofing may assist or act on behalf of the client, and may share necessary personal information with municipal authorities to obtain permits.

7. Warranty & workmanship

As stated on our website, Lodde Roofing provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on completed roof replacements. The manufacturer’s lifetime warranty for laminate shingles may apply to the materials used. Specific warranty terms and any conditions or exclusions will be set out in your written contract or the manufacturer’s warranty documents.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lodde Roofing’s liability arising from or related to our services or this website is limited to direct damages up to the amount you paid for the services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages.
